The room was quite large with a nice ensuite! i found the staff to be genuinely helpful and communicative, answering all my questions quickly. The location was wonderful for exploring. i found the bed comfortable and the room clean.

respectful staff easy access functional wifi
I found the staff respectful and ready to assist. The location offered very easy access to key areas. Services available including wifi worked without issue. The hotel provided me a useful stay.

central location good communication faulty tv missing lock
location was very central. many eating places are located around the hotel, including pubs. the staff are fantastic and communication was good.
the tv would turn itself off often. it was annoying to not have a tv work properly. the shower room door did not include a lock.

great location comfortable bed
the hotel provided very nice access to the new theatre. the location was also close to pubs and restaurants. i found the room to be nice and neat. the bed was very comfortable.
the bathroom seemed very small and not very clean. there were some stains around the wash basin. i saw dark grease over the glass holder. it seems the cleaner did not cleaned it for quite some time.
